Responsibilities:
As Engineer orSeniorEngineer of Program Application Management / Human Factors Engineering, responsible forUsability Engineering of dialysis andother medical systems （e.g. CRRT, ECMO, HD, etc.）, including active andnon-active products, according to the Global Product Development Process.
1. Conduct usability engineering related research andanalysis with documented results
· User anduseenvironment
· Post-market analysis of similar products on the market of usein terms of Usability engineering
· Context andworkflow analysis, providing customer anduser requirements
2. Support concept anddesign fromusability engineering perspective
· Consult about the detail usecontext
· Conduct task analysis providing user interface design requirements
· Review andconsult about UI design andapplication terms
· Support risk analysis fromusability engineering perspective
3. Organize, conduct anddocument formative andsummative evaluations
· Plan formative andsummative evaluations according to projects’ schedule
· Prepare the evaluations with plan documented, recruiting, test tools, environment etc.
· Conduct formative andsummative evaluations
· Analysis anddocument the evaluation results
4. Organize andconsult with usability engineering related documents required by authorities

岗位职责:
1、放疗设备（质子系统、直加、后装机、CT/MRI模拟定位机）质量保证和维护；
2、放疗计划设计（3DCRT/IMRT/IGRT/SBRT）及剂量验证；
3、放疗各流程SOP及Checklists制定；
4、放疗数据的备份及相关局域网络管理；
5、放疗新技术研究和开展。
任职资格:
1、硕士及以上学历，生物医学工程，医学物理，医学影像相关专业；
2、熟练操作RO-EMR&TPS系统；
3、能够熟练制定IMRT及VMAT计划；
4、通过CET-6考试，英语听说读写流利；
5、具有复合知识背景者优先（如物理与工程、或物理与计算机、物理与医学等）.
