基本条件
35-45周岁，临床医学专业或与之相关专业博士研究生学历，正高级或副高级专业技术职务，博士生导师或优秀的硕士生导师，具备卓越的专业能力和团队协作精神。特别优秀的，年龄可适当放宽。
岗位要求
①消化内科医学部研究所所长：内科学专业，主持过国家级科研课题，产出有一定影响力的创新研究成果，学术造诣深厚，掌握本学科领域学术前沿知识，在本学科领域具有较大学术影响力和较高知名度，能够带领团队较好地完成教学研究任务，国家杰青、优青对象优先。
②皮肤科主任：牵头承担或作为核心成员参与至少1项国家级科研项目，近5年内发表本领域高水平论文不少于5篇，SCI影响因子累计不低于20分。在国内外专业学术组织担任重要职务或曾受邀在国际、国内高水平学术会议上作大会报告。在人才培养、学术研究方面取得国内外公认的标志性重大成就。长期在临床一线开展医疗服务，在探索疾病发生机理和临床诊疗技术方法等方面取得标志性成果。具备团队领导能力和学科带头人视野，在知名三甲医院担任科室主任或副主任任职经历者优先。
资格审查
根据招聘条件和岗位需求，对应聘人员基本信息进行审核，应聘者需对提供材料的真实性负责，凡提供虚假信息、伪造相关材料者取消应聘资格，已办理录用手续的取消录用。应聘者本人承担由此产生的一切后果。
面试及录用
通过资格审查人员将安排参加面试评审，具体时间地点另行通知。根据面试结果确定拟录用人选并安排体检、政审和心理测试。拟录用人员情况将在一中心平台网站公示，公示无异议的按有关规定办理接收手续。
录用方式
①特招入伍：以专业技术军官身份从地方人才中引进。
②直接引进文职人员：以文职人员身份从地方或退役军人中引进。
③合同引进：以社会聘用人员身份从地方人才中引进。
④军队内部选调：军队人员可作为特殊人才进行工作调动。

①薪资标准：统筹考虑驻地人才市场薪酬水平、合作期限、招聘对象业绩能力和实绩贡献等情况，参考同层次军队人员，也可一人一策，实行年薪制。

Basic Requirements
l Age:35–45 years(exceptions may be considered for outstanding candidates).
l MD/PhD in clinical medicine or related disciplines.
l Current Position:Certified Chief Physician or Associate Chief Physician.
l Mentorship:Doctoral supervisor qualification(exceptional Masters supervisors may be considered).
l Professional Skills:Distinguished clinical/academic competence and collaborative spirit.
Position-Specific Requirements
Director of the Institute ofGastroenterology
l Educational background in internal medicine.
l Leading principal investigator in national-level research projects with impactful achievements/innovations.
l Profound academic expertise and recognition in related field.
l Capacity to guide teaching and research programs.
l Priority will be given to awardees of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars/Excellent Young Scholars.
Director of Dermatology
l Leading/core investigatorin at least one national-level research project.
l Published at least 5 high-impact papers in the past five years(total impact factors≥20).
l Held significant roles in national/international academic organizations.
l Invited as keynote speaker in impactful conferences in related field.
l Significantor internationally recognized achievements in clinical practice or basic research.
l Priority to department head/deputy in top-tier hospitals.
