Responsible forproduct life cycle management.

职责 Responsibilities
? Market analysis andbusiness case development: market andcustomer dynamics, micro andcompetitive environment ananlysis, market share andgrowth, P&L projection.
市场分析和商业案例开发:市场和客户动态,微观和竞争环境分析,市场份额和增长,损益预测。
? Upstream product management: roadmap, registration andmarket access by cooperating with global marketing team andregistration team,etc.
上游产品管理:路线图、注册、市场准入,与全球营销团队、注册团队等合作。
? Downstream product management: new product launch, go to market plan, by cooperating with marcom team, academy team, etc.
下游产品管理:新产品发布,市场计划,与公关部,学院等团队合作。
? Porfolio strategy andplan: STP, portfolio plan, pricing, value proposition andpositioning.
组合策略和计划:STP、组合计划、定价、价值主张和定位。
? P&L delivery: product strategy andplan, new opportunity define, sales performance analysis andmarketing activity development by cooperating with relative sales teams(KA, Technician, DSO, Clinic).
与相关销售团队(KA,技术员,DSO,诊所)合作,提供产品战略和计划,新机会定义,销售业绩分析和市场活动开发。
? Frequently working closely with global marketing andproduct management to develop relevant materials used in China market like promotion material, training material, FAQs forinternal andexternal use.
加强与全球市场和产品管理部门的紧密合作,开发在中国市场使用的相关材料,如促销材料、培训材料、常见问题解答,供内部和外部使用。
? Developing andmaintaining relationships with key accounts/KOL as well as market influencers.
开发和维护与大客户/KOL以及市场影响者的关系。
Requirements 任职要求
? Degree level education. Majorof Stomatology.
本科以上学历。口腔医学技术、口腔修复工艺或口腔医学(必须!!!)。
? At least 5 years of experience in relevant Marketing.
5年以上相关市场营销工作经验。
? Excellent oral andwritten English.
优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力,可以作为工作语言。
? A lateral thinker with excellent strategic, innovative andanalytical skills, practically implementing the devised strategy.
横向思考者,具有出色的战略、创新和分析能力,能切实执行所制定的战略。
? Good interpersonal andcommunication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
