一、工作内容:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible forexploring international markets andacquiring customers to expandthe company’s global business reach.
2. Develop andexecutepromotional strategies forboth new andexisting customers to enhance the company’s product visibility andinfluence in the international market.
3. Conduct product development, pricing, andorder confirmation based on customer requirements, ensuring high-quality service that meets customer demands.
4. Participate in industry exhibitions andother relevant activities to understandindustry trends, identify potential customers, andpromote company products.
5. Achieve orexceed assigned sales targets by the company within specified timelines.
6. Work closely with team members to drive departmental growth andimprove overall performance.
7. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree orabove, with a majorin International Trade, Marketing, orrelated fields preferred.
2. Familiarity with trade negotiation processes andpossessing relevant knowledge in international trade.
3. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities.
4. Clear thinking, problem-solving capabilities, andgood teamwork spirit.
5. Proficient in professional English at Level 4 orabove, with fluent spoken English to communicate effectively with overseas customers.
6. Experience in independently developing customers in the medical device industry is preferred.
岗位职责:
1. 负责开拓国外市场和客户,扩大公司的国际业务范围。
2. 制定并执行针对新老客户的推广策略,提升公司产品在国际市场的知名度和影响力。
3. 根据客户需求进行新产品的开发、报价和订单确认,满足客户要求并提供高质量的服务。
4. 参加行业展会和其他相关活动,了解行业发展趋势,寻找潜在客户并推广公司产品。
5. 按时或提前完成公司分配的销售任务,实现销售目标。
6. 与团队成员紧密合作,共同推动部门的发展,提高整体业绩。
7. 完成上级交给的其他事务性工作。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业背景优先考虑。
2. 熟悉贸易商务谈判流程,具备国际贸易相关专业知识。
3. 具备较强的谈判技巧,能够与客户进行有效的沟通和协商。
4. 耐心细致,思路清晰,善于解决问题,具备良好的团队合作精神。
5. 英语四级以上水平,英语口语流利,能够与海外客户进行无障碍交流。
6. 具有医疗器械行业独立开发客户经验者优先考虑。
