SUMMARY
This position is responsible forhandling clinical-related issues, internal andexternal, forAlign Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in three broad categories but may not be limited to:
1.Training of customers (internal & external) and/orspeaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company,
2.Clinical Support to customers especially on ClinCheck, attachment andtroubleshooting,
3.Contributororreview of clinical content of doctoreducation/marketing materials andinternal clinical education materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
?Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.
?Provide ClinCheck review andclinical support to customers to improve their invisalign operation skills.
?Handle ClinCheck related complaint andtroubleshooting.
?Provide Clinical Training (internal) – Establish andoversee internal clinical education to Align employees, in particular Sales, Customer Service andMarketing.
?Represent Align clinical present at academic andprofessional Align events to customers.
?Provide clinical feedbacks to research project andnew product launch to improve products.
?Work with local speakers in the development of publications that can be used by AT as case studies
?Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy andcompleteness in all areas
?Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products andprocess through employee training & development
?Participate in assigned clinical projects to support
?Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel andsupport local education events, customer visit ortake training.
Additional responsibilities:
?Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental andcompany goals.
?Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
DDS degree orequivalent; Certificate of Dentistry froman accredited University; masterof Orthodontics degree orequivalent is desired

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
The normal work hours anddays assigned to this position are: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm.
