Job Description:
职位描述:
· Material plan andpurchasing with domestic andinternational suppliers.
与国内外供应商沟通物料计划和采购。
· Work with purchasing manager on difficulties about MOQ fromsupplier andadjust MOQ orMOV to meet our demandwith supplier forbetter company shipping efficiency.
与采购经理一起解决来自供应商的最小起订量及调整最小起订量以满足我们的需求并提高公司的运输。
· Work with sales team on their product requests andquestions.
与销售团队一起解决他们的产品需求和问题。
· Monitoring inventory level to guarantee high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.
监控库存水平,以低成本、低库存的方式供应水平。
· Provide paper working support forcompany’s import & export customs clearance.
为公司进出口报关提供文书工作(翻译报关资料、与海关协调解释查验货物所需的中文资料)。
·Follow-up & deal with the logistics issue fornew POs.
跟踪处理新订单的物流问题。
· Other assigned administrative work.
其他领导交代的工作。
Education andExperience:
教育经历:
· Experience:1-3 years’ experience in related supply chain field, planning, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, etc.
经验:1-3年相关供应链领域工作经验,包括计划、采购、物流、库存控制等。
· Education: Bachelor’s degree orabove. logistics, business relevant majorpreferred
学历:本科及以上学历。物流、商务相关专业优先
Competence andKnowledge:
能力与知识:
· English skill both in verbal andwritten.
英语口头和书面表达能力。
· Experience in import andexport declaration.
进出口报关的相关工作经验。
· Material planning andpurchasing; Inventory controlling.
物料计划及采购;库存控制。
· Communicate effectively, respectfully, andproactively in diverse business situations with external/internal parties.
