3. 除每周40小时工作时间外，另需16小时用于学习数字化诊疗规划与设计。
4. 好学上进，敢于挑战。必须具备强大的决心和信心去学习一项前景广阔的专业技术。
5. 必须具备终身学习的专业态度。
6. 必须能够接受英文教学，沟通。
7. 愿意在可控的新冠局势下去欧洲等地出差培训。
An excellent opportunity for a clinician to join our team to learn all about full jaw rehabilitation with implants and fixed prosthodontics. The clinic is dedicated to full jaw rehabilitation with implants and immediate fixed teeth exclusively.
You will be immersed in all aspects of data capture, digital treatment planning and design, design and manufacture of surgical guides, surgical delivery of implants and immediate load fixed prosthetics. Post-operative care of the patient and data capture and delivery of the definitive screw retained prosthetics at 8 to 10 weeks post-surgery. This is a 2-year training post leading to a long-term contract in the company.
The ideal candidate should be:
1. Minimum 3 years post-graduation from dental school.
2. Ideally a post-graduate in prosthodontics or demonstrable experience in full denture planning and delivery. Surgical knowledge is unnecessary at this point. You will be taught these aspects as you develop within the company.
3. The work hours are 40 hours per week, but you will be expected to provide an additional 16 hours per week dedicated to learning digital treatment planning and design.
4. Ambitious and dedicated to learning a super specialty.
5. Must be committed to continued professional development.
6. Must be able to communicate in English for teaching purposes. You will be mentored by a European team.
7. Willing to travel overseas for training under the current Covid circumstances provided that safe travel measurements are in place.
