一、工作内容：? Responsible forfollowing Envista Circle of Values （Customer Centric, Innovation, Leadership, Respect, andContinuous Improvement）

? Responsible to maintain contact with Doctors to improve customer satisfaction, address complaints, provide feedback, identify root causeandcorrective actions to the needs of the customers.
负责与医生保持联系，以提高客户满意度，解决投诉，提供反馈，确定根本原因，并根据客户的需求采取纠正措施。
? Responsible forDaily Management of KPI’s: Design Accuracy to prescription & protocols, Customer Design Change Request, Design forManufacturability, andDesign Total Leadtime.
负责KPI的日常管理：处方和协议的设计准确性、客户设计变更请求、可制造性设计和设计总交付时间。
? Responsible forproviding ideas forInnovation andR&D to improve software, features, andproducts.

? Responsible forproviding assistance in clinical training of Designers, clinical peers, andcustomers.

? Willingness to train anddevelop Design Teams in excess of 15 Designers per Team.

二、任职要求：? Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, orDental Medicine orEquivalent
牙科、牙科外科或牙科医学学位或同等学历
? 2+ years‘ experience as orthodontist or2+ years as dentist with equivalent experience with virtual treatments
2年以上正畸医生经验或2年以上牙医经验，具有同等虚拟治疗经验
? Bilingual English/Spanish orany other language will be a plus, with strong effective oral andwritten communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization.
英语/西班牙语或任何其他语言的双语者优先，具有较强的有效口头和书面沟通能力，能够影响整个组织。
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS参考资格:
? Certified Orthodontist 认证正畸医生
? Experience practicing orthodontic treatment oras a clinical consultant in digital aligners orhave equivalent orthodontic studies orexperience.
有正畸治疗实践经验，或作为数字矫正器的临床顾问，或有同等的正畸研究或经验。
? Excellent clinical knowledge regards to teeth anatomy andmovement
卓越的牙齿解剖和运动临床知识。
? Excellent Microsoft office skills especially in Outlook.卓越的牙齿解剖和运动临床知识
? Lean Six Sigma certification. 精益六西格玛认证。
