【Responsibilities】岗位职责
1. Daily reception at the front desk, including but not limited to:
Registering customer information, establishing cases, referral, patient guidance and fees;
Telephone answering, patient appointment booking, change of appointments;
Use the return visit client and SMS platform, and confirm the return visit and appointment with customers on the same day and the next day.
日常接待工作,包括但不仅限于:
客户资料登记、挂号,病例建立与管理,分诊、患者引导及收费;
电话接听、咨询和解答,患者就诊预约、改约;
回访客户及短信平台使用,当日和次日客户的回访和预约确认;
2. Be responsible for the daily administrative affairs;
负责日常行政事务性工作;
3. Assist the organization, communication and coordination of related activities in the clinic;
协助诊所内相关活动的组织、沟通与协调;
【Qualifications】任职资格
1.Dental medical background or fashion industry ;
有口腔医疗或时尚行业背景;
2. College degree or above, standard mandarin and fluent spoken English;
大专以上学历,普通话标准,能用英语简单交流;
3. Good sense of service and good communication with patients;
具有良好的服务意识,能与患者建立并维持良好的沟通关系;
4. Good coordination ability, ability to deal with emergencies independently, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, strong affinity;
具备良好的协调能力、独立处理应急事件的能力,沟通能力强,负有责任心,性格活泼开朗,具有亲和力;
5. Familiar with the working process of the front desk, and skilled in using Office software;
熟悉前台工作流程,并熟练使用各种办公软件;
6. Good business etiquette; work five days a week.
具备一定商务礼仪知识,做五休二。
