主要工作职责与工作内容:
1. 收集,归纳,汇总客户资料并协助咨询师准备相应报告与方案
2. 联系协调各个相关方以销售的顺利开展
3.负责CRM系统的内容准确与及时更新
4. 售后客户的持续跟踪以及解决客户售后问题
5. 产品打包快递等事务
6. 领导交给的其他任务
Responsibilities and working content:
1. Collecting, filing and summarize customerinfomations and support Smile Consultant preparing related reports and plans
2. Contact and coordinate with related parts toensure the smooth operation of sales and consultant.
3. In charge of the accuracy and timely updatingof CRM system
4. Follow up with paid customer and solve ticketsfrom customers
5. Product packing and delivery
6. Other tasks assigned by CEO.
