2. Be able to quick andeffective assess patient based on the training she has received andthe knowledge she gains

3. Provide total patient care in accordance to the physician’s orders andindividual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice
依照护理执行标准，执行医生的医嘱和为病人个体的需求提供专业标准护理
4. Observes anddocuments pertinent information that reflects the patient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being
在尊重病人的前提下，观察和记录反应病人病情的信息
5. Reports the same to oncoming nurses , charge nurse andphysicians
和下一班护士，主管护士和医生交班一致
6. Maintains accurate andcomplex documentation of nursing observations andcare
保持完整和准确的护理观察护理记录
7. Performs orsupervises treatment andadministers medications as required
根据需要执行病人的给药和治疗
8. Counts narcotics each shift，safety andstrict control over narcotics andother dangerous drugs.
每班清点毒麻药，安全，严格控制毒麻药或其它危险药品过量
9. Be able to make care plans, discharge plan, implementation andevaluations of nursing care current.
能够制定病人护理计划，出院计划和护理的实施和评估;
10. Actively participates in, patient and/orfamily teaching, appropriately documents actively andresponse to instructions
