急诊科护士 

Qualification岗位要求:
1. Strictly follow Triage policy andreasonable arrange patient. Provide total patient care in accordance to the physician’s orders andindividual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice
严格遵守分诊原则正确分诊，合理安排病人就诊。根据医生医嘱和病人个体需要提供病人需要的护理.
2. Observes anddocuments pertinent information that reflects the patient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being. Maintains accurate andcomplex documentation of nursing observations andcare. Reports the same to oncoming nurses , charge nurse andphysicians
在尊重病人的前提下及时观察和记录病人病情情况的各种信息. 保持准确的综合的观察和护理记录.向接班护士,主管护士和医生们准确交接病人的情况.
3. Performs orsupervises treatment andadministers medications as required. Counts narcotics in accordance to the institution’s policies andprocedures. Cooperates in maintaining a high level of order, safety andstrict control over narcotics andother dangerous drugs
根据需求,执行或监督治疗和给药,根据政策和程序检查毒麻药品的数量. 正确的执行高要求的医嘱,严格控制并安全使用毒麻药品和其它高危药品
4. Actively participates in, patient and/orfamily teaching, appropriately documents actively andresponse to instructions
积极参与病人和/或家属的宣教,正确的记录其积极性和对宣教的反应.
5. English andChinese translation when necessary, Escort all patients fortreatment as assigned by Head Nurse
需要时帮病人做中英文的翻译。根据护士长的安排陪同病人完成各项操作.
6. Follow head nurse andCNO instructions orWork as department needed.
听从护士长和护理总监安排或工作内容要根据科室需要
7. Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician to offsetlife threatening situations. Immediately report to head nurse andnursing directorif any emergency code blue orspecial situation. Cooperate with doctorforany emergency case orcode blue case.
医生不在的情况下可以执行紧急程序以缓解威及生命的情况。遇有重大抢救等特殊情况应按预案逐级上报护士长，护理总监，配合医生完成医疗紧急抢救。
Qualification岗位要求:
1. College/Bachelor`s degree in Nursing orgraduate of a professional School of Nursing.
护理专业大学专科或本科以上学历；
2. Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai, People‘s Republic of China，practice license andqualification certificate necessary.
持有中华人民共和国护士执业证和资格证；
3. Minimum 2 years ER experience after graduation is preferred.
2年以上急诊护理工作经验优先；
4. Good English skills, both verbal andwritten conversant English is mandatory.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5. Demonstrates good working attitude andcommunication skills, with ability to relate to patients andcolleagues.
良好的工作态度和沟通能力，能够很好的与患者和同事相处；
6. Enthusiastic, careful, thoughtful, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility, good sense of service
热情、细心、周到，工作积极主动、具有高度的责任感和服务意识。
