职位描述
1. Patient Care Delivery - General
1.1 Assess patients including psychosocial status andescalate based on organization protocol
1.2 Identify patients‘ age-specific needs
1.3 Plan care based on patients‘ needs
1.4 Prioritize nursing care based on identified needs andassessment data
1.5 Identify patients who are at risk of complications
1.6 Monitorpatients forchanges in status andidentify indications of deteriorating in condition
1.7 Perform procedures based upon patients‘ clinical status
1.8 Collect specimens forlaboratory tests
1.9 Administer medications including narcotics by various routes
1.10 Administer blood orblood products, monitoring forsigns andsymptoms related to transfusion reactions
1.11 Monitorandevaluate laboratory data, andescalate forcritical results
1.12 Compile andanalyze data obtained frommonitoring ordiagnostic tests
1.13 Provide education andemotional support to patients andfamilies
1.14 Document patients‘ medical histories, assessment findings, treatment plans andinterventions, andoutcomes
1.15 Collaborate with other health care professionals to develop andrevise treatment plans based on identified needs andassessment data
2. Patient Care Delivery – Specialty
2.1 Prepare andprovide assistance in the process of anesthesia
2.2 setup andmonitorsurgical equipment anddevices
2.3 Ensure equipment ordevices are properly stored after use
2.4 Identify malfunctioning equipment ordevices, andhandle it properly
2.5 Assist surgeons with surgical procedures as assigned
2.6 Applying sterile techniques in handling medical instruments andequipment pre-, during, andpost-surgery.
2.7 Provide patient care andeducation in recovery room, procedure room andoperating room
2.8 Maintain order andcleanliness in operating room
2.9 Prepare timely andaccurate records of patient history andrecovery charts
2.10 Clean surgical instruments following the proper process andstandard

3.1 Maintain safe andclean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations
3.2 Ensure smooth operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling forrepairs, andevaluating new equipment andtechniques.
