Job Description 岗位职责
Work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality Thyroid andBreast surgery in both outpatient andinpatient settings. 与同事密切合作，在门诊和住院工作中，积极提供以循证医学为基础的优质甲状腺外科和乳腺外科诊疗。
Able to perform surgery cases independently within the privileged range. 能够独立完成授权范围内的手术。
Supporting Healthcare management center to provide the checkup service, esp. the thyroid andfemale breast examinations. 与健康管理团队密切合作，支持*乳房相关疾病等外科疾病的体检筛查。
Assisting external specialist doctors forthe consultation, procedure andperi-operative care. 协助支持外部专家的门诊、手术和围手术期管理。
Implement quality improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 与科室主任/医务部/首席医疗官/医学顾问委员会合作，开展医疗质量改进活动。
Attending Parkway CME activities andprovide own professional CME lectures. 参加百汇继续教育活动，并提供本专业的继续教育讲座。
Collaborating closely with the marketing team andhealthcare team in promoting the practice of ENT Surgery as well as participating in various other activities. 支持并与商务部门密切合作，促进甲状腺外科和乳腺外科的医疗科普推广活动。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。
Qualifications 任职要求
Bachelordegree orabove in Medicine 医学学士及以上学历
Completed full training in ENT surgery in an accredited training program. 完成普外科尤其是甲状腺外科和乳腺外科专科培训。
Active license in state, province, orcountry of origin orpast residence. 持有效的医疗相关执照（如医师资格证、医师执业证、医师职称证等）。
Minimum 10 years clinical surgical experience. 十年及以上甲状腺外科和乳腺外科相关工作经验。
Preference forcandidates with expertise in Trauma orendoscopy. 擅长内窥镜下检查和手术经验优先。
Strong commandof English and/orMandarin （other languages are a plus） 英语和普通话流利（如若有其他语言能力优先考虑）。
