Job Description:
1. Responsible forensuring that appropriate X-rays are taken foreach examination in accordance with guidelines
2. Responsible forpatient care, using lead protection whereappropriate, ensuring minimal exposure of radiation to the patient andto self
3. Responsible forthe amount of radiation given to the patient to allow formaximum image quality while protecting patient safety
4. Participate in meetings organized by government officials, andprovide updates to Chief Radiology andmanagement team
5. Coordinate with health bureau andensure our practices align with rules & regulations issued by related government
6. Support to setup SOPs andexecuteaccordingly
7. Co-work with facility dept andensure the operation with high quality control andmaintenance of X-ray equipments
8. Responsible forrecording andreporting equipment faults anddefects
9. Train andsupervise radiographers andsupport recruiting in technical components
10. Manage manpower utilization
11. Assist Chief Radiologist in selection andaccreditation of external radiology service suppliers andmonitoring their service standards
12. Other duties deemed by Chief Radiology
Qualifications
1. Medical degree. Completed Specialist training in Radiology
2. Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in hospital orclinic, holding current Radiology license
3. Excellent written & oral English andChinese
4. Professional appearance & demeanor, pleasant & outgoing personality
5. Customer focused, organized anddetail-oriented
6. Good team player
7. Adaptability to fast pace environment
8. Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word andPowerPoint
