岗位职责:
? Monitorspecimen collection, identification, transport, storage, andprocessing to ensure quality of specimen before testing. 监测标本的采集，信息识别，运送，储存和处理过程，以que保标本检测前的质量。
? Prepares reagents, standards andcontrols according to prescribed procedures.
根据操作规程准备试剂，标准品和质控。
Performs tests andsample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology & Blood Bank, microbiology （if ID&ATB of Microbiology included）, immunology, Body fluid and/orPCR （if PCR included） analysis. 对生化、血液、血库、微生物（如果包括微生物鉴定和药敏实验）免疫、体液和或PCR的标本进行检测。
? Verifies test results priorto release. 审核报告前确认结果的准确性。
? Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, andprocedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction andout-of-control test results, takes corrective action andreports to the supervisor. 做质控以此que保仪器功能正常，试剂的稳定性和操作过程的准确性。能够识别仪器的故障和失控的实验结果，采取相应的措施并报告组长。
? Maintains test equipment andinstruments, following established procedures 。遵循已 制定的程序维护保养仪器和设备。
? Answers questions of physicians andnurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts complaints, andinitiates corrective actions. 回答医生和护士关于检验的问题。接受投诉并采取相应的措施。

任职要求:
? Related bachelor‘s degree orothers with certification as a laboratory technologist.
相关专业学士学位，或者其他有检验技师资格证的人员。
? Intermediate English level in listening, speaking, reading, andwriting is preferred.

? PCR license should be provided if doing PCR tests
如果进行PCR检测，必须拥有PCR上岗证。
? Perform full range of laboratory andblood bank procedures.能够进行quan面的实验室和血库相关检测。
? Participates in the evaluation of new techniques andprocedures in the laboratory.
