1. Understands andfollows Jiahu‘s “Mission Statement”, “Code of Ethics”, organizational policies, andstructure.
2. Provides general primary obstetric andgynecologial care using generally accepted standards of practice. The physician develops a plan of care foreach patient, including complete history, physical examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/orreferral, uses all available resources in an appropriate andcost efficient manner.
3. Hospitalizes as needed any patient requiring in-patient care. Provides obstetric andgynecological care according to accepted Jiahui standards during the hospitalization.
4. Confers with consulting physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, support staff, patients, andfamilies concerning treatment andcare of patients. Makes appropriate specialty andsub-specialty referrals, but maintains responsibility, assuring continuing of care.
5. Perform general gynecological andobstetric surgical procedures, both diagnostic andtherapeutic, using both minimally invasive andtraditional surgical techniques.
6. Performs colposcopies andLEEPs as office andinpatient procedures as appropriate.
7. Conforms to government requirements andagrees to provide all methods of birth control including IUDs andthe birth control pills
8. Provide tubal ligations at the request of patients, at legally permitted age, following thorough explanation anddocumentation of risks andbenefits. Performs circumcisions. Physician will perform elective abortions, ******l birth after cesarean, VBacks, orforcep deliveries.
9. Participates in regular call coverage.
10. Participates in health promotion/disease prevention activities. Stresses the importance of preventive health care measures.
11. Supports mid-level providers in supervision andconsultation.
12. Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities.
13. Attends andparticipates in Jiahui Health Services activities as requested.
14. Attends mandatory inservices andJiahui Health Services meetings.
15. Completes records in adequate professional detail, andin a timely manner using Jiahui electronic medical record system.
16. Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director, and/orJiahui Administration staff, to meet the goal of providing excellent health care.
17. Maintains andacquires knowledge andskills to perform required duties to meet all hospital, government, organizational andlicensure requirements.
18. Abides by the Jiahui OB/GYN department protocols andguidelines.
19. Follows
established guidelines foruseand/ordisclosure of protected health
information. Employees should report any breaches of the confidentiality to the
Privacy Officer （Medical Affair Office） immediately. Failure to comply will
result in disciplinary action, up to andincluding termination of employment.

27. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS andABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
1. Unencumbered license to practice medicine in Shanghai as an MD.
2. Completion of Accredited OB/Gyn Residency Program
3. Board Certified orequivalent in OB/GYN.
4. Qualified in Basic Life Support. *Please refer to contract forall other required qualifications.
5. Subspecialty licenses including but not limited in family planning; maternal andinfant care（计生/母婴保健资格）, etc.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to read andinterpret clinical data.
2. Must have mobility sufficient to provide care to a variety of patients at an adequate pace.
3 Must have manual dexterity sufficient to perform procedures usually performed in this specialty
