Management:
1. Contributes to, andimplements Enterprisepriorities, supports the competitive market plan andclinical integrationacross Jiahui Health sites andactivities
2. Insures compliance of all staffs with Jiahuipolicies andprocedures
3. Establish targets forperformance. Performanceassessment andmanagement: Ongoing review, management andreporting ofOperational, Financial, Quality measures
4. Implements safety andquality improvement, andpatient satisfaction activities in collaboration with Quality andSafety Office.
5. Implements clinical staff training plans with Department Heads andChief Medical Officer
6. Continuous review, optimization of care delivery design.
7. Works with Nursing Lead to ensure team work, optimize service quality andpatient experience
8. With support of Quality andSafety Office, monitor, review andimplement management plans forclinical incidents.
9. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
Clinical:
The physician provides health management anddirect care to patients as part of the provider team providing services to Shanghai Jiahui International Hospital andClinic patients.
1. Examines,diagnoses, andtreats conditions andinjuries within the scope of his/her medical discipline in both the outpatient andinpatient setting （when applicable）.
2. Prepares andreviews case histories andobtains data through interviews.
3. Examines patients anddetermines imaging examinations andclinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results andevaluates examination findings.
4. Administers andprescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, andcompresses.
5. Determines need forandassists in specialized medical care andtreatment.
6. Will serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee
7. Equally share call/coverage duties
8. Meet Standards of professional conduct andcourtesy
9. Appropriate code,document andsubmit charges in a timely manner
10. Provide administrative support andcommittee assignments as requested
11. Participate in Fellow training when requested
