DUTIES andRESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1、Assess andscreen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, andpsychological testing
2、Analyze data andresults of assessments to diagnose patients
3、Prescribe andadminister medications according to diagnosis
4、Monitorpatients to determine efficacy andpotential side effects of medications
5、Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, andmake adjustments as needed
6、Provide crisis intervention as needed
7、Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate andtimely manner
8、Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, andnurses to assess andadjust treatment plans
9、Coordinate andcommunicate with other stakeholders about treatment andcare
10、Equally share call/coverage duties
11. Daily inpatient ward round forhis/her own patients
12. Meet Standards of professional conduct andcourtesy
13. Appropriate code, document andsubmit charges in a timely manner
14. Provide administrative support andcommittee assignments as requested
15. Participate in Fellow training when requested
16. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, GrandRound, Committee meetings andCEO meeting when asked for
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS andABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
1、Current andvalid certification in psychiatry
2、Medical degree andcompletion of an approved psychiatric residency
3、Licensed to practice medicine
4、Strong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles andpractices
5、Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
