Job Description / 职位描述
The Clinic Manager is a key leadership role, responsible forthe smooth andefficient operation of the entire clinic. You will ensure high standards of patient care, lead our administrative andnursing teams, andmanage the clinic‘s financial andadministrative functions.
诊所经理是一个关键的领导职位，负责确保整个诊所顺利高效地运作。您将确保高标准的病人护理，领导我们的行政和护理团队，并管理诊所的财务和行政职能。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

Staff Supervision 员工管理: Lead, train, andmotivate the front desk andadministrative team to achieve excellence.
领导、培训并激励前台及行政团队追求卓越。

Clinical Operations 临床运营: Work closely with the Head Nurse to manage the daily running of the clinic, ensuring seamless workflows.
与护士长紧密合作，管理诊所的日常运营，确保工作流程顺畅。

Scheduling 排班管理: Coordinate andmanage the schedules fordoctors andnurses to ensure adequate clinic coverage.
协调并管理医生和护士的排班，确保诊所人员充足。

Front Desk & Customer Service 前台与客户服务: Oversee front desk operations, handle patient inquiries, andresolve any issues to ensure a positive patient experience.
监督前台运营，处理病人问询，并解决任何问题，确保病人获得良好体验。

Financial Reporting 财务报告: Prepare andsubmit weekly financial data reports to management.
准备并向管理层提交每周财务数据报告。

Clinic Maintenance 诊所维护: Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, well-maintained, andfully stocked.
确保诊所环境干净、安全、维护良好且物资充足。

Qualifications / 任职资格
Proven experience in a clinic management, healthcare administration, orsimilar role.
拥有诊所管理、医疗行政或类似职位的经验。

Strong leadership andteam management skills.
强大的领导力和团队管理能力。

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills in both English andChinese （Mandarin）.
优秀的中英文（普通话）沟通及人际交往能力。

Ability to work effectively with medical professionals （doctors, nurses） andadministrative staff.
能够与医疗专业人员（医生、护士）及行政人员高效合作。

Good organizational andproblem-solving abilities.
良好的组织和解决问题的能力。

Basic understanding of financial reporting andclinic operations.
对财务报告和诊所运营有基本了解。

Starting Salary 起薪: from￥10,000 RMB per month / 每月10,000元人民币起
