工作内容:
Daily reception at the front desk, including but not limited to:
日常接待工作,包括但不仅限于:
1. Registering customer information, registration, establishing cases, referral, patient guidance andfees; 客户资料登记、挂号,病例建立与管理,分诊、患者引导及收费;
2. Telephone answering, consultation andanswer, patient appointment booking, change of appointment; 电话接听、咨询和解答,患者就诊预约、改约;
3. usethe return visit client andSMS platform, andconfirm the return visit andappointment with customers on the same day andthe next day.回访客户及短信平台使用,当日和次日客户的回访和预约确认;
4. Responsible fordaily charge accurately; 负责日常收费工作,收费记账准确;
5. Assisted the organization, communication andcoordination of related activities in the clinic;协助诊所内相关活动的组织、沟通与协调;
6. Other work assigned by leader. 上级领导交办的其他工作事项。
职位要求:
1. College degree orabove, standard mandarin andfluent spoken English; 大专以上学历,普通话标准,英文口语书写流利;
2. Good sense of service andgood communication with patients;具有良好的服务意识,能与患者建立并维持良好的沟通关系;
3. Good coordination ability, ability to deal with emergency independently, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, strong affinity; 具备良好的协调能力、独立处理应急事件的能力,沟通能力强,负有责任心,性格活泼开朗,具有亲和力;
4. Familiar with the working process of the front desk, andskilled in using Office software;熟悉前台工作流程,并熟练使用各种办公软件;
5. Good business etiquette 具备一定商务礼仪知识。
