岗位职责详述
1、分管医疗方面工作的副院长，在院长领导下:
（1）、督促检查医疗制度、行政工作制度、各岗位职责、医护常规和技术操作规程及医保工作的执行情况。
（2）、负责组织和检查门诊、病区、急诊工作，以及危重病人的入院情况。
（3）、深入科室，了解和检查诊断、治疗及护理情况，定期分析医疗指标，采取措施，不断提高医疗护理质量，领导对重危病人的会诊、抢救工作。

（7）、组织检查本院门诊的转诊、会诊、 疫情报告及医疗保险、预防保健和卫生宣教工作。
2、主动为院长出谋献策，加强院长对行政业务工作的领导和指挥。
3、在其分管工作中，受院长的委托，对其分管所涉及的职能部门实施领导，重大问题应及时向院长请示、汇报。
任职要求
（一）基本要求
1、大学本科及以上学历，临床医学，医院管理等相关专业。
2、有五年以上二级医院管理相关经历的优先考虑。

职位描述

2、经常检查各科病历书写情况，提出改进意见，提高病历书写质量。
3、负责每月出院病案的录入及上报工作，保病案首页录入项目的完整性，保医疗统计数据的准确性。
4、按规定及时回收病历，保病案回收率达100％，对不及时归档的病案督促。
5、负责检查病案完整性，对未完善的病案拒绝签收，督促医生及时完善病案，保病历书写完整性。
6、对质控检查过的归档病案按规定的排列顺序做好装订工作并入库。
7、办理院内病案资料的借阅，及时向各类人员提供医疗及医院管理所需的病案。在规定时间内负
8、责催要外借的病案，及对归还的病案进行核对。
9、负责病案的复印工作。在申请人提供相应证明材料后，根据需要提供患者部分或全部病历复印件。
10、做好病案的管理工作，保持清洁、整齐、通风、干燥，防止病案霉烂、虫蛀和火灾。
